For commissioning providers
Startup reports that arrive complete.
The readings that prove each unit started right, in the same layout from job to job, and a link to review them with no account to make. Built by a commissioning provider, for the person on your side of the table.
What changes for you
Less chasing. More reviewing.
Most of a startup review is finding what's missing and asking for it again. StartupSend moves that work to the roof, where the tech can still fix it.
Complete, or it says why
Every unit shows the tech what is still blank. Marking it complete with blanks asks first, and blanks print as a dash, so you know it was skipped and not lost.
Readings, not just checkmarks
Sheets lead with operating data: pressures, temperatures, volts and amps by mode and leg. Superheat, subcooling, voltage imbalance and amps against nameplate are worked out on the phone, and a number that looks off is pointed out before it reaches you.
The same sheet, job after job
Contractors start from one library, built from manufacturer startup instructions. An RTU report from one job reads like the RTU report from the next, so you know where to look.
Review on the report itself
Comment on any reading or any unit, then approve it or return it for fixes. The tech gets your note on the phone, and the history shows who changed what, and when.
When it can't be finished
A partial startup says so, and says why.
No boiler water, no power yet, a part on order. Instead of a report that looks complete with blanks in it, the tech marks what could not be done today and picks the reason, and the visit ends as it really ended.
- Every visit ends as Complete, Partial, or Complete with open issues
- A deferred part keeps its reason and whatever was already typed
- Partial visits and open issues go on the job's Come back for list
- A number that looks off gets a note on the phone before it reaches you
