Read the tag from as many photos as it takes, AI checks on photos and notes, and your own rules in plain words. Each plan comes with AI tag reads every month: one read is one unit, however many photos; an AI-checked report counts as a quarter of a read.

Need more? Pay as you go: $1 per 100 more tag reads, on your next invoice, up to a monthly ceiling your admin sets. Without it, AI pauses until the 1st and your techs type the values as usual. Nothing ever holds up a report.
What it saves
Work out what paper costs your office.
On paper, every unit gets typed into Excel and built into a PDF, and too many come back from the commissioning provider for a blank or a missing signature. StartupSend takes out the typing and the PDF building, and a sheet with nothing left blank comes back less.

What people ask before they start.
What counts as a person?
Anyone who signs in to your company: the office, admins and field techs. A Cx provider who reviews from a review link needs no account and does not count.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you added a card, the first charge is on the day the trial ends. If you didn't, we ask how you'd like to pay, by card or invoice. Nothing is charged without a card on file.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Pick another plan on the Billing card in the app, any time. If the crew grows past your plan, the app tells you, and nobody is ever locked out in the middle of a job. The price changes from your next bill.
Do my techs need to install anything?
No. StartupSend runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app.
Can we keep our own report layout?
Yes. Start from the library sheet closest to yours, then add, remove, rename and reorder fields on the page until it records exactly what yours does. Your logo, colors and report style go on every PDF.
How do we pay?
By card or by invoice. With a card, payment runs through Stripe, and receipts, card changes and cancelling are on Stripe's own page.
What happens to our data if we stop?
It's yours. Your admin can download all of it any time from the Company page as one ZIP: a PDF of every report, every PDF you sent, a spreadsheet per equipment type, every photo and signature, your logo and all your records. After your plan ends we keep it 90 days so you can still download it or come back, then delete it, backups included, within 30 days.
What if a tech loses signal on the roof?
What they type is kept on their phone until it reaches us, and saves the moment signal comes back.
What does the AI cost?
Nothing extra: it is included in every plan, with AI tag reads every month (3,000 on Crew, 10,000 on Company, 30,000 on Business; one read is one unit, however many photos). An AI-checked report counts as a quarter of a read. If you need more, your admin can switch on pay as you go on the Company page: $1 per 100 more tag reads, billed on your next invoice, up to a monthly ceiling you set ($25 to start). It can never run up a surprise bill: without pay as you go, AI pauses until the 1st and your techs type the values as usual.
Can we use StartupSend from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, on every plan. Connect it once from the Company page, then ask Claude or ChatGPT about your jobs in plain words. It works as the person who connected it, with only what their role can see and do, and it never deletes anything. Your Claude or ChatGPT account is your own, under that company's own plans; ChatGPT may need a paid plan with developer mode for its own connectors.
Who can see our reports?
The people your admin adds, each with what their role allows, and the reviewers you send a review link to. StartupSend support can open your account only while your admin has support access switched on (it is on during the trial), and every visit is listed in your Access log. Each company's data is walled off from every other company's. How we keep your data safe.
