Who we are

StartupSend is built and run by a commissioning provider who reviews equipment startup reports for a living. You can reach us any time from the contact page.

The service

StartupSend lets companies build startup report templates, fill reports, and send them as PDFs. We provide it as it stands and keep improving it.

Your account

Your company's admin decides who has access and is responsible for the people they add. Keep sign-in links and passwords to yourself. A sign-in link or temporary password an admin makes for someone is shown on the Team page, and changes made with it say so.

Your data

Your reports and files belong to your company. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Your admin can download all of them at any time, as one ZIP from the Company page.

StartupSend support opens your account only while your admin has support access switched on, or in an emergency as the privacy page describes, and every visit is in your Access log.

Your reports

StartupSend records what your people enter. Your company is responsible for the readings, checks and sign-offs in its reports and for following the equipment manufacturer's startup instructions.

The free trial

A new company gets a free trial of 30 days with every feature. Nothing is charged during it, and nothing is ever charged without a card on file. When it ends, everything keeps working while you choose how to pay.

Paying

Plans are priced per company, not per person, at the price shown on the pricing page or agreed for your company, by card through Stripe or by invoice. With a card on file, the first charge is the day the trial ends. Your Billing card shows your plan, how many people it covers and how many you have. Going over the plan's people limit is never a reason we stop your work: we ask you to move up.

Leaving

You can cancel at any time: by card, from Manage card and receipts; by invoice, by telling us. The service runs to the end of the period you paid for. After your plan ends we keep your data 90 days so you can download it or come back, then delete it, backups included, within 30 days.

Fair use

Do not use StartupSend to break the law, to harm others, or to try to reach another company's data.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what your company paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

If we change these terms we will say so on this page and tell admins by email before the change takes effect.
